2D animated presentation for presence to be shown in the lobby of the public safety building in salt lake city, utah. in order to provide casual passersby with a quick synopsis of the process used to create the sculpture, the main body of the animation features a short section which repeats several times.

photo editing and compositing to produce numerous unique silhouette profiles from which eight final selections were made. the overall process I devised consisted of having 72 participants photographed in high contrast (photos: stephen keen) then dividing their silhouettes into six strata each in order to mix and match facial features to end up with a set of completely unique profiles to be used as the basis for the final sculpture.
